Model Description
A Luciferase-2A-EGFP-pA cassette was inserted after ATG the start codon. According to this strategy, the endogenous Il1a expression is supposed to be eliminated and the intrisic promoter drives the expression of reporter genes, which reflexs the activity of Il1a.
