Model Description
These mice carry loxP sites flanking exon 5-8 of Tgm2 gene. When crossed with a Cre recombinase-expressing strain, this strain is useful in eliminating tissue-specific conditional expression of Tgm2 gene.
Research Application：Research on phospholipase C pathway and respiratory electron transport, ATP synthesis through chemical permeation coupling, and heat generation through uncoupling proteins
